This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional to join a market leader in the software services industry within the OH&S and work placement management sector. This organisation is passionate about providing an excellent service to clients, providing an honest and transparent solution to their clients.



Due to continuous growth and success they are now looking to recruit a business development consultant to join their already winning sales force.



As the Business Development Consultant this role will see you:



* Plan and strategically develop a business model to successfully source for and identify new business opportunities

* Further build on and develop existing client accounts

* Build and maintain client relationships through a consultative sales approach

* Negotiate and close sales deals - working towards clients needs

* Meeting with clients - providing demonstrations and providing sound advice and solutions

* Work towards KPIS and Sales Targets



On offer to you:

* Between $70K - $80K base salary plus super (depending on experience)

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years sales experience in a B2B capacity. You will need to have experience within software sales with a strong technical ability or come from an OH&S or work placement background. You will need to be a self starter, highly motivated, target driven with the ability to liaise at all levels. You will need to hold a valid driving licence and be available for interview immediately.
