Based in the Bayside area, our client is a reputable centre management organisation and is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk and all round administrator. Working in medium sized team environment you will be reporting directly to centre manager.
This is a busy role that will require you to deal with a number of tenants within the shopping complex. This role will suit a team player with a vast knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and also capable of adhoc administrative duties such as filing, reception duties and invoicing. As a successful candidate you will be working within the administration and accounts team and will be processing invoices, data entry, coding to the general ledger and preparing the accounts for payment. This is a Part-Time role and you will be using JD Edwards accounting software.
Demonstrated experience working in centre management, accounts payable experience along with experience using the accounting system JD Edwards is essential for your success within this role. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone who can only commit to 25 hours per week Monday - Friday.
