This is global technology company, the product encompassing the entire visualization spectrum. To continue with their success of the business, they are now seeking a Mechanical and Optical R&D Manager in Beijing, China



In this challenging role, you will be leading a team of engineers in order to deliver a product/module according to given specification within specified time, according to internal development rules and at the required quality level independently; you will be responsible to coordinate and manage all supporting functions and communicate all cooperation environment in order to guarantee product development deliverables and maximize the team efficiency; You will also be responsible to follow-up on project progress (master plan), resolve issues and report project health status as defined. Plan and conduct progress meetings including milestone meetings to comply with the PLC process and ensure the required level of transparency.



As the successful candidate, you should be 6+ years of relevant technical experiences (DLP projection, Optical system design); Display technologies and its solutions); R&D management and Project management experience; Understand business value chain. Be familiar with the development and NPI process; Good connection and awareness on local and overseas supply chain of relevant industry area; Fluent in English and Mandarin.
