Operational risk manager required for a complex leading listed organisation who think outside of the square with respect to their approach. For that reason they will consider a candidate from a range of backgrounds including audit and risk management or consulting with exposure to lean / six sigma principles.



As a risk manager you will be responsible for conducting risk analysis across your portfolio whilst completing targeted deep dive reviews (whether proactive or reactive) in response to operational risk requirements. Furthermore you will perform design effectiveness on key controls or substantive testing where appropriate. You will drive best practice across the team and drive continuous improvement to make the maximum impact on your stakeholder group.



You will bring strong skills with respect to process excellence and demonstrate exceptional communication skills in order to work between the shade of grey with your stakeholder group. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity in a complex matrix environment.
