Our client a global network technology company is looking for a TAC Engineer (Post Sales) for their Tokyo office.



The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems with customers, field engineers and sales teams via telephone web and email.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years support experience for telecom or enterprise network customers with 5 years experience working with hardware vendors. They also need network skills with preferably some application layer and server skills and have a aptitude and want to learn new technologies. English and Japanese is required at business level or above.
