An exciting senior management opportunity has arisen with a leading K12 provider, who has strong plans to increase their student intake by mid-2015. They possess an excellent reputation in their field, and are looking for a hands-on and qualified Director to oversee and bridge the Marketing and Admissions department.



Managing a team of over 5, you will increase the school's external profile and showcase its world class facilities and education quality to the local and international community. Spearheading strategic marketing, planning and development activities, you will advise at the Leadership Team level, and develop key campaigns, social media and digital marketing. Your campaigns seek to increase student enrolments in line with the school's expansion plans, and create strong brand awareness.



To excel in this role, you must possess at least 10 years of experience in strategic and tactical marketing, preferably in the premium education environment. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have strong track record in customer acquisition, leads generation and premium marketing. An excellent communicator and leader, you are able to motivate teams and ensure high performance.
