This privately owned developer/builder specialises in residential construction. With a large portfolio of land and a number of passed DA's they have a requirement for an experienced site manager to join their expanding team. With a number of developments planned this is a role for a long run and suited to a candidate that wants to develop their career with growing business.
The ideal candidate will come from a trade background and have exposure to commercial or residential projects from start to completion. The ability to run a project from ground works, structures through to finishes is essential. The role requires the skills of strong site manager who is capable of pushing programme, facing issues head on and taking control of a challenging project. This role will develop into a senior site manager role with the successful candidate eventually overseeing up to three sites.
To be considered for this role your resume will reflect a successful building career with well known top -mid tier contractors. Exposure to projects over $20 million across a range of industries is beneficial. You will have the ability to manage trades, subbies and consultants, update and maintain programmes and manage the whole building process. Longevity in roles and a solid track record of completing successful residential or commercial building projects in Australia is essential to be deemed a viable applicant.
