From their idyllic location in the South Eastern suburbs of Perth, this local council are striving towards an ongoing strategic growth plan. They are aiming to provide sustainable environmental, economical and social solutions to service the requirements of their community for their long term expansion.



To contribute to this period of unprecedented growth, a Subdivision Engineer is required to join their Engineering team. In this role, you will assist in the reviewing of subdivisional applications and drainage plans in line with the relevant IPWEA standards.



You are an experienced engineering professional with a proven history in the reviewing of land development / subdivision applications and plans. Your local government background has given you a diverse range of skills across municipal engineering, including involvement in land development projects. You boast exemplary communication and interpersonal skills which will enable you to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Your knowledge of the relevant local standards and legislation will further enhance your capabilities in this role.
