This small health and fitness organisation has a growing global presence and due to growth in the Asia Pacific market, they are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a standalone HR position based South East Melbourne.



As a standalone HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for the full HR remit across the Asia Pacific region with a portfolio of approximately 50 employees. You will provide advice and guidance to managers across the APAC business; develop HR policies and practices in line with driving the HR strategy; recruitment; onboarding of new staff and continued training and development; HR compliance across APAC; manage employee relations; as well as managing OH&S across the business. This role requires regular international travel.



To be successful for this role, you will have gained experience in a generalist HR role and be keen to take the next step in your career into an autonomous position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, dynamic and driven small business currently going through growth.
