A thriving local municipality that seeks to provide the best facilities and services to its constituents is seeking an Executive Infrastructure Maintenance Services Manager to effectively manage their Civil and Open Space asset portfolio.



Reporting into the Director of Infrastructure you will responsible for leading a large team of operations and support staff in the strategic allocation of the budget, to ensure that Council's performance targets are met in accordance to local community expectations. To do this you will be charged with leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of an effective and compliant asset maintenance program.



To be successful it is essential that you have tertiary qualification within engineering or an Asset Management field and have demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of modern asset management practices and policies. This is a outright leadership position and therefore it is vital that you have demonstrated experience in developing large teams whilst implementing effective change management in accordance to the corporate plan. Ideally you will have experience within the public sector but this is not essential.
