Commissions Payments Team Leader

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commissions individual. This role requires experience within commission payments and prior experience leading a successful team. You must be able to take responsibility for the entire commission process.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to processing commission payments accurately, generate and distributing invoices, reconciling bank payments, issue resolution, training staff, preparing management reports and identifying payment errors.
In order to be successful in this role you must have prior experience within a leadership role, training and commissions. You must also be able to to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, along with exceptional communication skills. Time management is also an key skill to be able to perform this role well, along with high motivation and a proactive attitude.
