Providing specialist solutions to customers in over 50 countries, this organisation is a leader in it's field and is driven to achieving excellence in everything they do. Located on the lower north shore they have a stable and experienced Finance team who need an Accounts Payable specialist to join them for a 6-12 month maternity contract.
Reporting to the accounts manager you will take ownership for the staff expenses process including checking and coding of expense returns, follow up of documentation, liaison with management and staff at all levels and payment processing. You will also act as back up for Accounts Payable which includes processing a high volume of invoices, confirming approval and reconciliation of accounts.
The successful candidate will have around 4-5 years of full function accounts payable and expense processing experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience using SAP and Concur. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and should have intermediate Excel skills.
