Our client is an European based private-owned group with 10 manufacturing companies located in Canada, England, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, Tianjin and Venezuela, 6 sales companies and 2 representative offices with a global turnover of Euros 150 million. With over 50 years' development, they have become the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of rollers, motorized pulleys and components for the worldwide bulk materials handling market.



As China is a big market and offers huge potential for growth, they are actively looking for an ambitious sales leader to join their management team continuously driving China sales growth. The incumbent will manage the sales team in China to ensure that all sales personnel are well motivated, strategies & action plans well executed and results achieved. Initial emphasis will be on bulk handling applications for example for coal & cement with OEMs, Engineering Companies and End Users. They would then explore other industrial segments like agriculture, pulp & paper, fertilizers etc.



To be successful, you need to have at lease 3 to 5 years sales management experience managing a sales team in China region. Proven track record of driving business growth and having successfully managed a sales team in China preferably with branches all over China.Strong engineering background and experiences in materials handling filed are highly preferred. Fluent English and Mandarin.
