XP Migration Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Windows XP Migration Coordinator.



The ideal candidate will be Migrating from Windows XP. My client requires candidates to work on a project to conduct Discovery, Planning, Investigation and Coordination with the Project Manager.



You will be working on approximately 2000 devices across a number of sites in the Midlands.



On a day to day basis, you will be;



- Surveying areas of the business to confirm PC estates and applications used by each business area. You will create inventories for each PC model.

- Understand working practices / times to allow to schedule machine swaps

- Undertake planning / machine swap during BAU

- To assist Desktop Support engineers where necessary in application testing and liaising with the user representatives.

- To track engineer throughput / desktop replacement progress

- To highlight issues to the Project Manager
