Are you looking for your next exciting interim role?
I am currently recruiting for a two form primary academy. The school is situated in one of the most challenging areas of inner city Birmingham and the children are from a wide range of different ethnic backgrounds. The school is currently in an Ofsted category but has a new Executive Principal and a clear strategic plan to drive improvements. The Executive Principal is now looking for an experienced leader to work with them to drive improvements and provide dynamic leadership for the school on a day-to-day basis.
You must be a committed, experienced, empathetic and enthusiastic senior leader who thrives on the everyday challenges that a primary school, in challenging circumstances, brings. Strong communication skills are a pre-requisite for this role as there will be a lot of parent contact. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar type of school setting and should have proven track record of impact.
