Circa £40,000 (Surveyors and Senior Surveyor level required)



Would you like the chance to join one of the world's largest property consultancy's most prestigious teams? This is a fantastic job opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor who is keen to progress a career in Retail Valuations and Development to really power their career forward.



Based within the specialist retail section of their large valuation team, you will provide regular investment valuations, loan security, acquisition and strategic advice dealing with shopping centres, factory outlet centres, superstores and out of town retail parks.



This is a chance to value a range of high end retail assets including some of the largest and most prime retail property in the UK and have an opportunity to be involved in some of the most high profile transactions in this dynamic and exciting market.



Day to day, you will be responsible for preparation of valuation of a range of asset types across the retail sector, preparation of valuation reports for a broad range of purposes including accounts, loan security and strategic advice, preparation of cashflows using excel and preparation of development appraisals for some pretty special and prestigious sites.



As well as working 9-5 (therefore 35 hour week), you will get world class benefits:
