M&E Project Manager

M&E Project Manager required by leading Contractor to manage a minor works portfolio in Central London. The role will be starting in January and will run for approximately 6 months although could be extended. Day Rates will be between £250 per day and £300 per day.



This client are a leading National M&E and Property Services Contractor and they have been running this contract for the past 18 months. They have a requirement for a Project Manager to look after a portfolio of commercial projects in line with the contract. The Buildings you will be working in will include all Council owned non-housing property and typical projects will range in value from £100k to several Million pounds. They will include AHU replacements, Boiler House refurbishments, Emergency Lighting and other minor Electrical works. They are also conducting an R22 replacement / upgrade programme across the properties so an experience in this field would be advantageous but not essential.



The role itself will include the full cycle of project management from inception to completion and handover by to the client. You will be responsible for preparation of design, schedules of work, specification management, tender management, sub-contractor management, commissioning and final handover documentation. The works are all outsourced so a previous track record of managing multiple contractors would be beneficial. You will be responsible for all commercial, quality and timescale aspects on projects and you will support the Head of Projects for the business in any other activities as needed.
