OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Our client is a world leading printing group providing products and solutions in commercial printing, packaging, logistics, e-commerce etc. They are now looking for an operations director to manage their plant operations in Beijing.



Reporting to Managing Director, you will be fully responsible for the entire production management through the designated departments including production, quality, warehouse, planning etc; ensure the smooth communication, cooperation, and problem resolution across the departments. Make sure that products are delivered on time with correct quality and quantity requested by clients. Ensure the sustainable improvement of production performance; optimize methods and technology of production



To succeed, you need to have minimum 3 years' experience in a senior operational position in manufacturing industries, experience in packaging and printing would be preferred. Excellent leadership, Chinese speaking and Excellent English language skills are required.
