Our client is a well respected market leading supplier of premium architectural roofing and cladding metals. They have a strong reputation based on delivering high quality products and exceptional service.
The business is continuing to grow and they currently have an opening for an Architectural Business Development Manager to join their Auckland Sales Team and drive an exciting new product range across the country.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role will have you working autonomously to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, builders, roofers and clients. You will also be responsible for maximising growth of existing accounts, presenting to architects across New Zealand, and mediating between the involved parties.
To make it to my shortlist for this position, you will have technical and/or sales experience in the Roofing, Building or Architectural Industry and be able to provide effective presentations and events, including involvement in marketing and advertising.
You will also have knowledge of warranty conditions and have the ability to read and understand building plans.
Your communication and interpersonal skills will be exceptional, as will your ability to manage your time effectively.
