In one of Melbourne's leafy locations, this growing and essential statutory body is responsible for delivering key services to the community, seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate capital works projects across Victoria over a 6 month contract.



Reporting to the Manager of Works, you will be directly responsible for managing all facets of the delivery of the projects from development of client brief, engagement with end users, managing all facets of compliance and legislative requirements, through to managing progress reports, budget and key milestones. You will also be responsible for managing key documentation and leading consultation with internal stakeholders.



To be successful it will be integral that you have strong project management experience, stakeholder engagement and well developed communication skills. You will be capable of operating in a fast, dynamic and lateral thinking team; where you will be responsible for delivering projects to critical timeframes. A relevant qualification in architecture, project management or another relevant field is required.
