This innovative organisation is rapidly expanding and is seeking an outstanding Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy and diverse team. With offices nationwide this organisation supports the growth and development of their employees.
Due to a recent vacancy, a Recruitment Coordinator is required to assist this busy team immediately.
You will be supporting a dynamic team and you will be responsible for sourcing outstanding candidates who will thrive working for a highly regarded client. The culture is critical to the business and they require a strategic and innovative approach to recruitment.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment process from advertising to offer whilst providing all candidates with an outstanding customer experience. In addition to this you will draw from your previous experience to manage new employee inductions and administer the relevant HR documentation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have demonstrated experience in a Recruitment Coordinator role. You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and an exceptional work ethic.
