Our client, a fast growing Gold Coast business involved in environmental management and protection is currently looking to recruit a Field Team Coordinator to join the team. This is a full time position commencing immediately.



This busy and varied role will predominantly be in the Head Office on the Gold Coast and is predominantly administration based. The primary objective of the Field Team Coordinator for Vegetation is to provide a punctual, organised and efficient field team that can provide a range of services to clients. This will include supervising the day to day operation of the Gold Coast Warehouse, mentoring and training staff, developing rosters, ensuring team members comply with all OHS and administrative requirements, planning resource requests, assisting in the development of new business opportunities, conducting and reporting field-based vegetation surveys and ad hoc administration duties as required.



To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience in a similar role within biology, botany, natural resource management or conservation. Experience supervising and coordinating staff is also required. Experience in field surveying techniques such as vegetation assessment and weed monitoring is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, communication skills and leadership skills. You will be a highly skilled administrator with the ability to utilise a variety of computer programs.
