Due to HR team changes, there is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced People and Capability Specialist to join the business.



Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of learning and organisational development strategies to meet current and future business needs. You will design, facilitate and evaluate learning and training programs, deliver workshops and complete training needs analysis to provide recommendations on proposed training programs.



To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar learning and organisational development position, ideally within a large-sized organisation. Demonstrating previous experience in design, delivery, and implementation of learning programs and organisational development strategies is required. You will possess excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will also demonstrate sound knowledge of organisational development theory and possess extensive experience driving and delivering organisational improvement. A Tertiary qualification in HR / Psychology / Organisational Development / Change is essential.
