Residential Lettings Property Manager



I am currently recruiting for a permanent full time Property Manager within the Lettings division of this successful estate agents based in Royston.



The successful applicant will demonstrate a mature, strong and balanced attitude. You will need to prove you can get the best from the team and yourself.

You will need to be very experienced in residential lettings property management experience.

If not already ARLA qualified, then be prepared to qualify.



You will be required to demonstrate how you have provided outstanding customer experience in previous jobs. You will be well presented and able to handle communication at all levels.



The job brief covers database record management; delegating and organising all administration work including application referencing; late rent control; coordinating and organising move ins and check outs including diary management; formal offers of tenancy, inspections and quarterly reviews of residential and commercial buildings, dealing with maintenance issues and general administration.



Confident use of Outlook and Word is essential, CFP ideal if not training for lettings software will be provided. A flexible and committed attitude to team work is essential. A full driving license is required.



The basic salary is negotiable (subject to experience) ranging from £18k to £22k with OTE of £26k.

Expected hours and days Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm plus alternate Saturdays 9am to 5pm
