As part of a targeted growth plan for the next 12 months, this role will support an end user group of up to 1000. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Applications Support Analyst works with users across the business to troubleshoot issues, train users and provide support.
Significant previous experience supporting Carelink+ is essential. Applicants without at least 12 months' experience supporting the Carelink+ application will not be considered. Great customer service skills are required and you'll ideally be very comfortable with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
