As Data Centre Mechanical Supervisor you will effectively be the Facilities Shift Manager and you will be managing OHS, uptime, maintenance, vendors, QA, reporting documentation and customer liaison. You will enjoy the managerial responsibilities of ensuring the contractors are delivering to SLA requirements, whilst you provide reporting and compliance documentation. You will be responsible for all critical environments within the data centre during your 12 hour shift. Dealing with incidents and ensuring scheduled maintenance and reactive works are completed, with appropriate documentation for shift hand over to your counterpart.



This position offers a great mix of technical expertise and contractor management. You will utilise your computer literacy and strong written and oral communication ability through documentation, reporting, and liaison. Although you will have a mechanical background you will be overseeing delivery of all building services and will enjoy the challenge of this complexity.



This opportunity will not suit a technician without people and business management experience as outlined above. You will have stepped up from a technician level and looking to secure an interesting and challenging role which provides security and strong remuneration of $120K - $125K Package.
