As the retail Building Manager you will be the owners representative for the facility ensuring compliance and safety as well as the highest level of customer service for the tenants. You will be managing the day to day tenant requests regarding the base building across Hard and Soft service provision. You will provide accurate reports for the owners, manage the WHS and building and environmental compliance. Planned and reactive maintenance scheduling and managing will be critical to keeping the facilities running and the clients happy.



You will receive a solid salary of $75K package and opportunities to progress within one of the leading FM service providers.
