  • Develop and implement strategic plans for all BCC Portofino in the ME area in short term and long terms periods which should support building Bayer brands equity ,supporting growth and maximizing profitability and managing the mix of products with their respective prices, distribution and promotion to ensure both top line and bottom line figures.

  • Share with the BCC ME CDH to develop annual budget plans for both sales target and expenditure levels for the Middle East countries full portfolio.and plan ,monitor and approve different expenses and investment decisions to ensure proper allocation and maximum return on business.

  • Responsible for the P&L (profit and loss ) financial statements of the brands to deliver target profit while regularly assess the opportunities and risks in the market place in order to formulate the needs strategies and actions.

  • As a part of the senior management team of BCC ME, share in cross functional cooperation and alignment with CDHS , sales teams, regulatory, product supply, controlling& finance and to communicate, aligns and report to the Global headquarters (Strategic business units teams) all relevant market info, business plans and to ensure alignment of ME strategies with the global ones.

  • Hire, develop, lead and retain regional and local brand management in the Middle East and implement all regional marketing activities (Below&above the line, medical marketing, trade marketing and PR) to ensure achieving market share objectives.

  • Monitor and control the expenditure levels of all promotion, publicity and advertising activities in addition to plan and organize portfolio management and new launches for CC products in ME to maximize business opportunities.

  • Analyze, forecast and assess market trends for CC Brands so as to highlight potential threats and opportunities which need to coordinate with logistics to maintain proper stocks of products in all markets, monitor the purchasing service provided by platform to ensure purchase orders are dealt with promptly, the fulfillment of the company’s purchasing needs and liaising with other departments as appropriate.

  • Ensure that all activities are compliant and adhering to relevant code of ethics, train ,develop and coach sales force on relevant product knowledge, strategies& tactics, manage the trade marketing activities through the regional trade marketing manager ( direct report to the marketing head) to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales /marketing objectives and are all well implemented in market place with full adherence to business and ethical code of ethics.
