This government funded department is an expert in the field of medical care. They are a located throughout Queensland, and have a history of providing excellent service to Queensland clients.



Due to a busy period, they require an experienced and accomplished HR Administrator to join their team.



Experience creating and managing rosters is essential, as are your developed communication skills. This role involves close liaison with staff and you will be responsible for managing last-minute shift replacements in the event of absenteeism. The ideal candidate for the role will have excellent time management skills, a proven track record in conflict resolution and dealing with problems quickly and efficiently as they arise.



You will be rewarded with an hourly salary equivalent to $46,000 pa, a flexible work environment, and the benefit of working with a government department. This is an ongoing contract position which will be commencing with immediate effect.
