As the emerging market rapidly grows, the company needs a strong finance team to continuously support its business growth in these regions. In this context, the Compliance Manager created.



In this role, you will lead and conduct internal investigations relating to alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct for all business operation in China region. You are required to provide investigation/violation trend analysis, identify improving areas in the company's policies, procedures and training as well as compliance enforcement in business operations. You are also expected to develop expertise, skills and system to improve investigation efficiency and quality.



Ideally, candidate will have professional experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or health care industry. Or, worked in law firm as consultant or legal expert for forensic or investigation services. You are expected to work in multinational working environment, particularly big 4 is preferred. You need to have good command of English both spoken and written. 20% travel is required, mostly within China.
