The exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Office Manager to join this dynamic team, coordinating the offices of this boutique recruitment company. They are an extremely fast paced, high energy team seeking a hard working and confident individual who can contribute to this culture.



As Office Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of office coordination including collection and distribution of mail, updating the intranet, on-boarding new employees, coordinating staff events and booking all travel arrangements for staff. You will also provide varied administrative support to the team assisting with filing, data entry and database management.



As the successful candidate you will be an extremely organised and diligent individual able to maintain a friendly yet professional manner at all times. You will take initiative to improve the work environment and processes and carry out tasks with minimal supervision.



Previous administrative/coordinator experience is crucial in order to hit the ground running in this role, with experience in a recruitment environment highly advantageous.
