Our client one of the top residential builders in NSW based in Western Sydney is looking for an experienced draftsperson that has experience working within the residential sector. Due to increased business the opportunity has become available for a draftsperson to join the team.



This is a full time permanent position that will offer career growth for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who can use ArchiCAD to produce documentation for residential projects on difficult sites. Exceptional communication skills, a sound knowledge within the residential market and experience using ArchiCAD would be looked upon favourably for this position.



Your day to day duties will consist of producing working drawings, sittings and ensuring that all projects are completed with building costs. You will also be responsible for producing accurate drawings and taking responsibility for your own projects.



You will be the sort of person who prides themselves on their work. Exceptional time management skills along with high level of technical knowledge will see you succeed in this position.
