Job Title: Materials Manager / Supply Chain Manager

Job Location: Cambridgeshire (based on the outskirts of Cambridge - parking available)

Job Type: Permanent



Materials Manager / Supply Chain Manager to work in Cambridge for a leading global manufacturing organisation.

Reporting to the Site Manager and European Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for the procurement of all raw materials, production planning and scheduling / capacity planning, materials planning and scheduling, product lifecycle, warehouse and inventory control systems.



As Materials Manager you will be responsible for leading multi-functional teams and have strong people management skills with the ability to drive change.



This is a newly created role and for an organisation where the Supply Chain function is in its infancy. You will need to bring with you a depth of knowledge, different ideas and ability to take a vision and shape their strategy.

This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be able to drive new initiatives with the full support of the European and Global Supply Chain Senior Management Team.
