This is a rare opportunity for a proven, successful international meat (or perishable goods) trader to join an award-winning, premium meats & fish exporter with a top-end, established client base.



The Hyatt, Shangri-La, Mandarin, Westin, The Four Seasons... These are just 5 of the established clients you will be dealing with on a regular basis as you represent a renowned business that is highly respected at both ends of the supply chain.



Supplying over 30 different countries and delivering a high standard of customer service at all times, their premium products are under high-demand. As a result they are looking to bring on board an experienced and energetic trader who will inherit a high performing international territory.



The role will involve developing and managing key, long-term existing accounts that have been developed as well as using your business acumen and industry knowledge to look for new business opportunities.



Reporting into the general manager, the role will involve liaising with international distribution networks as well as managing existing accounts with some of the most established and will renowned hotels in the world. Sales is through end users, wholesalers and the distribution channel.



You will be dealing with a perishable product so your ability to work quickly under pressure is essential. You will be able to show a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously, with a minimum of 3+ years experience within meat or related trading. An FMCG background or experience having worked with a perishable product is essential.
