Key position with high level of empowerment

On behalf of Norgine, Hays is offering a key position that provides the suitable candidate with a unique opportunity to characterize and strengthen the position of Norgine in Denmark. The Product Specialist will be responsible for all aspects regarding sales and service of a product nationwide, centring on hospitals and medical clinics. The work tasks will include; sales visits, stakeholder mapping, analytical work and planning - as well as execution of campaigns associated with the product. Furthermore, one will be responsible for communicating with specialists and informing them about the newest tendencies within the field. The Product Specialist will be professionally challenged by the key personnel at the hospitals and will often enter into in-depth specialist conversations with experienced Life Science stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders.

The Product Specialist will operate either from a home office or from the all-new office of Norgine in Herlev. One will be responsible for servicing all of Denmark, enter into a team of nine and be reporting directly to the Nordic Business Unit Manager. The setup entails an independent and self-driven workday for the Product Specialist, and that one must thrive with free boundaries and great responsibility. Norgine is an organization that values quality over quantity and the Product Specialist will primarily be measured on the ability to meet the qualitative expectations of the ambitious organization.



Result-oriented profile with professional impact

The successful candidate possesses profound work experience within Life Science from a similar position. Networking is of essence – therefore one must have a proven record of accomplishment within building and securing long-term relations with Doctors, Nurses and Medical Specialists. Experience with serving a broad sales area and dealing with large hospitals is considered pivotal for the position. Possessing previous experience within product ownership will additionally be considered advantageous in our selection for the role. The educational background of the candidate is not decisive. Fluency in Danish and English is a prerequisite.



It is crucial to have the right mind-set in order to be successful in the job. In continuation hereof, it is essential that the candidate owns natural impact, which conveys when communicating and debating the product with Key Opinion Leaders like Doctors or Nurses. The candidate must hold strong analytical and customer oriented skills in order to maintain an overview of the industry and the synergies between the market operators – this is essential in order to secure the right sales approach to the targeted clients.
