ADOPTIONS SERVICES TEAM MANAGER

REQUIRED FOR MILTON KEYNES BASED ROLE



£36.00-£40.00 p/h. With the possibility of going permanent.



Hays Social Care are currently working exclusively with Milton Keynes Council to support them in appointing a qualified and experienced team manager within the adoptions services team. The successful candidate will join a team of hardworking and experienced social workers as well as a successful and growing team.



As the team manager you will be asked to supervise the work of the team, senior social workers and delegate appropriate responsibilities as well as allocate and organise case-loads for members of your team.



You will ensure your team members fulfil all expectations and arrange/ facilitate regular team meetings. As the team manager you will lead the recruitment and selection process for new members of the team and implement the induction for new team members.



We all that all applicants have extensive experience within adoptions services as child protection and Child safeguarding.



You MUST be HCPC registered, be a qualified social worker and have a minimum of 4 years work experience prior to qualifying. 2 of those years must be within a management role. All applicants must also have knowledge of all legislation relating to child care.
