Outsourcing professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.
Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure.
Job Description
The Sales Capture Senior Manager will manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. They need to develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and/or existing clients and help to protect and grow the business.
The Senior manager also acts as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.
Key responsibilities would include :
• Support improvements of products and offerings through continuous feedback loop
• Meet or exceed allocated sales target (pipeline and/or sales for licenses & maintenance and/or services)
• Increase/drive market & internal awareness of targeted offerings & products
• Comply with Accenture Sales Methodology and Processes, engagement of Competitive Price Range teams, and with all reporting requirements, especially SAP OM
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy
• Contribute to a positive work environment that influences high employee engagement and supports the entity's retention and diversity targets
• Create and execute actionable talent management plans for self (and others as appropriate) that includes succession plans, capability development (skill building) plans, contributions to knowledge sharing, etc.
• College Degree
• At least 5 years experience in the outsourcing industry with a focus on process outsourcing and not technology
• Atleast 2 years in the sales process involved in activities such as the win strategy, solution development, deal shaping, client interactions, negotiations.
Professional Skill
• Deep domain expertise in F&A or Procurement or HR/Learning
