If you are seeking a solid training platform to further develop your estimating/scheduling career in WA's residential market then this is the perfect opportunity for you.



Our client is a reputable first home builder, with a strong presence in Perth, they have a busy outlook for 2015 and seeking a Estimator/Scheduler to join the team. You will be working directly alongside the Operations Manager which will enable you to gain experience and solidify your skills in the Residential market in Perth. This is a candidate short market, so once you have the required skills and experience under your belt with a reputable player you'll be able to name your price and employer.



The ideal candidate has at least one to two years experience evaluating new builds. Our client would also be willing to consider candidates with good building industry background and a passion for developing a new skill set in estimating/scheduling.



Your job would consist of new sales costings, prestart costing, site work costings, supplier negotiations, 6 Star rating and BAL costings for new single storey builds in the northern suburbs. You will have a strong attention to detail, pride in your work, professional presentation and clear communication skills.



Tertiary/TAFE qualification in either estimating/scheduling or Cert 4 in Building & Construction would be a strong advantage.
