HP is seeking to identify a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager in HP’s South Pacific Enterprise Group.


HP Enterprise Group is at the forefront of the major infrastructure trends and is responsible for focusing on HP’s high-growth markets, specifically Blades, HP IP-based Storage, Networking, the Cloud and Technology Services.


We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager with sound people management experience in a large complex organisation and a proven track record in delivering strong sales discipline and results.


Reporting to the APJ Inside Sales Director this position is primarily responsible for leading and developing a team Inside Sales Representatives located in Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia to achieve success. This hands on role will be critical in enabling sales performance and the successful candidate models effective selling skills; motivates and guides sales teams in selling and the pursuit and closing of deals.


The Inside Sales Manager will drive the process and selling essential for inside sales performance. With a key emphasis on individual coaching, you will leverage personal sales experience to support and participate in planning for key accounts. You will coach individuals through selling challenges and actively manage performance and results of high and low performers.


In addition to leading the team, your role is strategic to the End-to-End selling motion with both internal and external stakeholders.


Your targeted business plans, strategies and resource allocation will reflect a strong understanding of the region’s industry and market segments key accounts.
