This national organisation continues to experience growth across the business with the trend is set to continue. Having branches across all states nationally they require a Payroll Manager to manage the fortnightly payment of salaries for over 500 employees.



Reporting to the Financial Controller this stand alone payroll position is responsible for the end to end management and processing of payroll. This will include but is not limited to timesheet processing through a national rostering system, fortnightly payment runs, new starters, terminations, award interpretation, holiday entitlement calculations, accruals for long service leave, monthly reporting, PAYG, assist with industrial relations and year end reporting as well as any other ad-hoc projects as requested.



To be the successful incumbent of this position you will have extensive experience in payroll covering multiple sites and states. You will be well traversed in modern awards, monthly reporting and PAYG calculations as well as having experience in the use of rostering systems and large ERP / payroll systems. Its imperative you are an organised person with the ability to prioritise work ensuring stringent deadlines are met. You will also possess strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders nationally.



This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business on a temporary capacity for 4-6 months. The envisaged start date for this position will be mid April and has the possibility to be extended beyond 6 months.
