This leading Research and Development organisation have a national presence and carry out important work in their specific field. They are well established and positioned in the Queensland market to provide expert advice.



This company has gone through substantial change in recent times and as such are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join the team for a short term, part-time contract. The business has offices located in Indooroopilly and the successful applicant will need their own transport. This contract is expected to last approximately six months.



Reporting into the Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy surrounding changes in HR methodology to the business. As part of the new cultural change program, you will focus on using the electronic resources at your disposal to enhance communication and exchange of information. It will be important to engage the employees and put strategies in place to ensure this continues moving forward.



To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in internal communications working within a HR environment. High level stakeholder engagement and professionalism will be pivotal in this role. You must be available to start work on Monday April 13th and be able to commit to 20-25 hours a week for approximately six months. Knowledge of SharePoint would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
