Our client is an international insurance company that has over 10,000 staffs worldwide. They are looking for an experienced and high potential Staffing Manager to fill this management position as Staffing and Recruitment Manager.



The responsibilities for this role includes new grads hiring, mid-career hiring plus replacements and high volume recruiting in the sales space. Strong agency connections and communications are essential, internal staffing strategy will also be a major responsibility.



The successful candidate for this role will be required to have experience with MNC in recruiting, someone who can deal with daily back and forth of recruiting, knows about internal staffing and also has good relationship and network with agents in Tokyo. Able to partner and communicate well with both traditional domestic business divisions and engage with the group global projects. Someone who is driven and engaged. Team management skills is essential.
