European based professional services organisation is seeking a HR Manager to join their team. Our client has significant presence in the Global and Japan market, especially showing steady growth in Japan.



You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 and reporting to the General Manager of Administration and dotted lined to APAC HR. Hands on, operational duties including recruiting and training along with strategic HR is required.



You should have excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English and people management experience is a must. A good leader who is able to motivate and grow staff is highly important. Proactive attitude with a business mind set is also required to be successful in this position.
