Operating in over 100 countries and established for more than 150 years this global company at the forefront of innovation and a world leader in joint replacement systems is seeking a Sales Manager based in New Zealand.

Reporting directly to the GM you will manage a team of 8-10 sales representatives, clinical support and BDM's. You will have responsibility to drive change across the region, create and implement business strategy, provide KOL development and manage procurement contracts around pricing.

You will hold a tertiary qualification in science, an MBA or equivalent post graduate diploma would be advantageous. You will have extensive experience around orthopaedic medical devices; have strong leadership, presentation, strategic, selling and negotiation skills. You will have proven ability to address business issues proactively and drive change in a positive manner. You will have great communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to foster a collective culture.
