European Logistic and Operations Manager

Piacenza Area, Italy, IT - Logistics and Supply Chain

Our Client is a leading international company operating in business and data intelligence for several industries and markets.



We are currently looking for the European Logistic and Operations Manager.

The figure will manage the operations in the company’s locations in Europe (Italy, UK, and more in the future) and will be the main interface for Operations between the European subsidiaries and the HQ.



He will create a seamless operation with our customers in view as first priority and an “Easy to do business with” interface with the European market overall in terms of Logistics, Stock management, Sales data, Sales Administration, Install base insight and inside sales.



We are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of experience in managing multinational, multi-language operations in Europe. Knowledge of European regulations and standards in import/export, waste disposal and other technology related regulations is an advantage.



Fluent in English is a must, German is an important advantage as any other major European language. Experience with setting up subcontracted networks for service and logistics is an important advantage as well as the experience with managing a team.



Good knowledge of CRM and other IT systems to manage a large install base – an advantage



Job location : North of Italy.
