National Sales Manager (Retail Pharmacy Channel)

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, MY - Consumer Goods

Our Client, one of the biggest international healthcare companies in the world, is now looking for a National Sales Manager to strengthen their Healthcare Division.



This role will report through to the Sales Director and will have the following responsibilities:



Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Plan, direct and monitor the activities of the sales team to achieve and establish sales targets in the retail pharmacy channel.



The ideal candidate will have at least 10 - 15 years experience and will need to have prior experience in FMCG and retail pharmacy sales and have experience in managing a team of people.



You must be from the FMCG industry, and have dealt with or sold to retail pharmacies like Guardian, Watsons and Caring.



To be successful, you should be a charismatic leader with great interpersonal skills.
