My client a large residential builder based in the Western Sydney is seeking an experienced sales estimator to join their team. Due to continual growth and success my client is looking for a dedicated professional to hit the ground running.

This is a full time permanent position that could commence immediately for the right candidate. My client is looking for someone who has solid experience as a sales estimator as well as a good working knowledge of the residential building sector. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to work to tight deadlines are required for this position. The capability to produce tenders quickly will be essential for you to succeed in this position. Previous experience as an estimator within the residential building industry as well as experience using data build would be highly regarded for this role.

Your day to day duties will consist of managing sales pricing of variations, preparing sales estimates for tenders, consulting with different business departments, generating fixed price quotations and contracts, assisting the sales team with pricing requests, managing risk assessments as well as ensuring everything adheres to strict time frames and deadlines.

You will have a natural sense of urgency and pride yourself on your accuracy and attention to details. You will enjoy working as part of a strong performing team. You will also enjoy the genuine opportunities available for career progression
