Role Purpose: Full responsability of the exclusive channel management (including our own stores) & business/sales targets in the region(Castilla-León,Cantabria,Rioja,Navarra),including channel structure, sales activities & plans, dealers relationship, retail management and supervisors teams & structure
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Channel Structure:
- Identify capillarity opportunities (eg. Centros Comerciales, areas) to be addressed & new store locations.
- Execute the Structural plans defined for the region (e.g. Stores plan, capillarity plans, geographical plans).
- Ensure Compliance with the Company's business standards and behaviour
Sales activities & plans :
- Full responsibility on the business & sales targets of the region
- Coordinate the execution in the region of the global sales plans with the central teams (eg. New stores plans, Capillarity plans, geographical plans)
- Coordinate the execution of the Regional Plans, proactively generating input for their definition
- Proactively participate in the Regional Governance, Exclusive Sales governance and specific forums representing the CBU in the region
- Monitor the region business indicators, defining, coordinating & executing the needed plans.
- Generate and give input about the peculiarities & needs of the region to the different areas
Dealers Relationship:
- Manage the relationship with the dealers and ensure their alignment with Vodafone’s strategy
- Define and ensure a periodic governance with the regional dealers
- Identify potential new dealers
- Coordination with the KAM of the main accounts in order to ensure the fulfilment of the targets
Retail Management :
- Ensure constant tracking of key retail KPIs in our channel & stores: conversation rate, walkout, service time, optimal staff, etc.
Supervisors team & structure:
- Manage a team of 8-12 people (PoS supervisors)
- Define the supervisors structure among the different region sub-areas & accounts
- Manage the staff of our own stores established in the region, ensuring the right implementation of our People Policies (recruiting, developing, tracking, performance evaluation, etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- High degree/bachelor in engineering / Economics / Business Administration
- MBA and/or retail management training to be considered
Languages:
- Fluent (oral & written) in English
Experience:
- Experience of > 5 years leading large commercial teams management, preferable in in telecommunications/retail sector
- Demonstrable track-record / results in sales positions
- Sales network management, including external sales teams / distributors
- Stores management experience (channel creation, support & development)
- Region knowledge
- Used to work & collaborate within large organizations & central departments in order to get results
