Commercial In-life Reporting Specialist



Commercial in-life team is accountable for the execution of contractually committed commercial activities. Supports commercial modelling and negotiation strategy for bespoke solutions or multiproduct sales to Vodafone’s top customers /accounts. Generates management and bespoke customer information reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and identifies opportunities.



What you will do:

• Responsible for definition, implementation and maintenance of a reporting database to service Vodafone Global Enterprise’s (VGE’s) reporting requirements for their top 100 strategic accounts,
  


• Responsible for generating key customer-facing reporting and analytics on usage & spend for VGE’s top 100 accounts
  


• Responsible for executing customer-facing data analytics and support the In-Life Commercial Managers with dashboards and reports for customer meetings.
  


• To provide Reporting, Excel & Access expertise to the wider Commercial In-Life team.
  


• Support the Commercial In-Life team in constructing customer facing presentations.
  


• Lead the construction, documentation, maintenance of commercial models in Excel, Access and similar data tools.
  


• Accountable for the development of tools, drive automation to maximise revenue and efficiency.
  


• Define and implement tools, processes and methodologies to drive incremental revenue and lead data integrity investigation.
  
  
  
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Strong Business English language skills
  
  
  • 2 years’ data reporting & analysis in Excel, Access . Able to develop utilise and maintain complex models
  
  
  • 2 years’ data analysis : able to understand the meaning of complex data and identify data issues and able to recommend and communicate remedial actions
  
  
  • 2 years’ data reporting & analysis in SQL/SAS or similar. Experience of global database management and its setting up.
  
  
  • Proven ability to resolve issues to tight timelines, whilst maintaining thoroughness, accuracy and flexibility
  
  
  • Proficient user of power point
  
  
  • Proven ability to analyse large amounts of unstructured data quickly, efficiently and accurately
  
  
  • Self-starter, capable of working under own initiative but within structured framework
  
  
  • Good communication , interpersonal and organisation skills
  
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & relationship building skills
