Systems-savvy HR Officer

Due to long term leave, this healthcare specialist is looking for a HR Officer to join them on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months.
As HR Officer you will work within a team of six, providing assistance to the Recruitment Coordinator and HR Director with the day to day running of the department. A large portion of your responsibilities will be the provision of support and advice to staff and managers regarding the PayGlobal and Mercury HR systems, troubleshooting issues over the phone and providing extra one to one training where required. You will also assist with the preparation and set up of new employees, ensuring all compliance documents and checks have been completed prior to their start dates.
Working as part of a busy recruitment team you will need to coordinate and consult across multiple business units, supporting a workforce of 380 people in Victoria.
In order to be successful in this position, you will have previous internal recruitment experience with a broad knowledge of HR practices. Your systems expertise using PayGlobal, MYOB & or Mercury system products will be highly advantageous.
This is a 3 month contract for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
